The three major marketed ALK TKIs, alectinib, lorlatinib, and brigatinib, generated approximately $3.13 billion in combined global sales in 2025, up 9.7% from $2.86 billion in 2024 and roughly 3× the $1.04 billion recorded in 2019.
Alectinib remained the largest product at $1.89 billion, essentially flat versus 2024, while lorlatinib showed the strongest growth, reaching $1.00 billion (+37%). Brigatinib contributed $246 million (+1.4%), indicating that the overall ALK TKI market continues to grow, driven increasingly by lorlatinib while alectinib remains the dominant revenue-generating ALK drug. Roche dollar revenues for Alectinib are converted from Swiss francs; Takeda dollar revenues for brigatinib are converted from Japanese yen.
