Yoga

Participants learn techniques that emphasizes the practice of breath and movement to calm the mind and stay present, enhancing overall well-being.

Hanka Mosher, who was diagnosed with ALK Positive in 2017 leads the sessions, sharing her passion for yoga with fellow ALK Positive members. Hanka has practiced yoga for 30 years and accredited with a teaching certificate in 2015.

Yoga will be on a summer hiatus for July and August 2025. Sessions will resume again in September.
