Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga focuses on gaining strength, mobility, and ease of movement, incorporating breathing and meditation to calm the mind.

Adapted for individuals with physical limitations, most exercises are performed seated, with some standing and balancing poses for a well-rounded experience.

Instructor Katherine Schaefer has been practicing yoga since 1993 and teaching since 1996.
