Adapted for individuals with physical limitations, Chair Yoga focuses on gaining strength, mobility, and ease of movement, incorporating breathing and meditation to calm the mind.
Guided Imagery
Participants engage their imaginations to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and pain, fostering healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Art Therapy
Art Therapy uses art and the creative process to help participants manage stress, build community, and develop coping strategies.
Men’s Group
This group provides a space for men with an ALK+ diagnosis to discuss their concerns and connect with others facing similar challenges.
