Fiscal Sponsorship

The LUNGevity Foundation and ALK Positive Outreach Management Group (OMG) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding that makes the OMG a Fiscally Sponsored organization.

It means the OMG can now perform all functions of a 501(c)(3) in regards to raising funds from any source and spending it within the IRS guidelines of a 501(c)(3). It is essentially LUNGevity partnering with us to allow us to perform as a 501(c)(3) without the overhead. This is amazing news and we'll be expanding our program and projects this next year.
