In the phase 3 ALTA-1L study of brigatinib in anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor–naive advanced ALK+ NSCLC, brigatinib demonstrated superior progression-free survival (PFS) versus crizotinib in 2 planned interim analyses.
